Pam Avery is a lifelong North Brevard resident, small business owner, wife, and mom who has built her life around family, hard work, and community. She co-owns a local service business alongside her husband Steve — built on trust, reliability, and long-standing local relationships.
With more than 30 years of experience in hospitality, operations, and event coordination, Pam brings real-world business knowledge and a deep understanding of the people who make this community what it is. She also runs her own consultancy supporting local businesses through events, organization, and team development.
At her core, Pam is a connector. As founder of the Sherwood Area Community Alliance (SACA), she turned a tense HOA forum into a neighborhood-focused group that funds local projects and gives back — including the beloved Sherwood Christmas Golf Cart Parade.
Pam leads with common sense, values integrity, and believes every voice matters — not just the loudest ones.
